Stephanie Campbell

Stephanie joined the team as Office Manager in 2021, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in executive administration and office management. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Stephanie. In 2026, she was promoted to Firm Administrator, where she oversees the firm’s business and administrative operations, including financial management, human resources, advisor support, and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Financial Synergies, Stephanie was an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Beyond Finance, Administrative Services Manager at Selene Finance, and held other administrative management roles at Sumitomo Corporation and Stewart Title.

Stephanie lives in San Marcos, Texas, with her husband, Jim, and their two children, Brandon and Haley. She enjoys spending time with her family, her two cats and dog, being outdoors, and traveling. She is originally from Fort Worth and loves all things country!
