In 2003, Bryan Zschiesche was on a very different career path—studying law—when a timely call from former classmate Heath Hightower changed everything. Heath invited Bryan to join a financial advisory firm, and in a 30-day whirlwind, Bryan withdrew from law school, got married, moved to Houston, and began his career at Financial Synergies Wealth Advisors.

More than two decades later, Bryan now serves as a Managing Partner and Senior Financial Advisor, helping to guide both clients and the firm itself with clarity and purpose. In his executive role, he helps shape the strategic vision of Financial Synergies, leads firm-wide initiatives, and mentors the advisory team. As an advisor, Bryan works closely with individuals and families to plan for the future they envision. A proponent of Elegant Simplicity, he believes in solving complex financial challenges with sophisticated but simple solutions.

Bryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an active member of the Houston chapter of the Financial Planning Association. He was named one of Investopedia’s Top 100 Financial Advisors in 2020. A proud Red Raider, he graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance, and holds dual graduate degrees from Texas Tech—a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Financial Planning.

Bryan, his wife Cele, and their two sons, Hudson and Carson, live in Fulshear and attend Simonton Community Church. Bryan has a passion for Scouting and serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 106. A lifelong Scout himself, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1998 in Longview’s historic Troop 201 and is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. When he’s not helping clients, Bryan finds joy in fishing and making memories on mountain adventures with his family.
